Living Shield Ministries bears witness to the love and power of God to law enforcement officers and firefighters, their families, non-sworn members of the department, and to the communities they serve by setting the highest exemplary standards in conduct and behavior.

Who we are

Living Shield Ministry was founded to provide a contingent of chaplains and people who are filled with relational compassion who want to minister to people in distress. The ministry provides education and skill training to enable students to help each people in crisis.

Through training, Living Shield Ministries creates opportunities for people to encounter the love of Jesus during a time of need through a Chaplain.

Our mission statement and vision statement reinforce each other to maintain their strong influence on the Chaplain experience. Our passion is to help make this world one where a person in crisis experiences the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Our training is inspired by our core values of compassion, hope, comfort, support, integrity, presence, listening, and excellence.

Message from The Founder

Founded in 2008 Living Shield Ministries has been at the forefront of training Chaplains and crisis workers. The ministry provides the skills and education to enable them to ensure each person in crisis finds hope; opening the door to encounter the love of Jesus during their time of need.

Meet Our Teachers

Our instructors are Chaplains with deployment experiences and address real-life scenarios in class in stride with our mission which is not just to train people in the skills of caring for people in trauma, but to raise up Chaplains and caring individuals to bring the love of Christ to hurting people.
